So the time is here. The other night at precisely 6:23pm, on the Eve of Election Day, in the heart of Harlem New York, I Johnny Voltik got the Missile Factory Mixtape Vol. 2 duplicated. The Release date was Election Day, November 4th 2008. I was talking with my fellow execs at Isobel Music Society and they told me I was firing the first shot. Suddenly my mind went to "Lord Of The Rings: The Two Towers". You know the part when the soldier fires the first arrow as Saron's army lines up to destroy Helms Deep. (if you don't know look it up). Thinking from my imaginative mind, I feel like we are the fellowship of the ring. Is Barack Aragorn? hmmmm..

I was on the train and they stopped and was like " Ladies and Gentlemen Im proud to announce the new president of the United States of America, Barack Obama!" Now is the time. This is evidence that we are in a new era. A renaissance period if you will...so
Vol. 2 is for sale Hoy! My very first solo relase. Chyeah!!!!! This is a mixtape/album. Every song is an original written and recorded by yours truely. There are some features on it from my old group Hoopla, Dr. Richie Kimble and T.rife R.eality. Everything else is produced, recorded, arranged and mixed by my higher-self at the Missile Factory Brooklyn. It is 16 tracks plus two bonus and an albumteaser if you get the first 500 edition. People, these shits are flying so hurry yo ass up if you need that new heat. One success leads to another... Barack and now this! People can expect something very different from the norm on this. The project is a collective of songs and freestyles ranging from "whip bangers" to "alternative rock" to "abstract hiphop".I would rather not say much more about it and let you decide.
